There are two reasons why we hesitate with integrating bank account with this app.
Connecting to someone’s bank account means that the app has to meet many high legal requirements – which is too much of a burden for us (we are just a small team!). This is the main reason.
Also, if the transactions were automatically entered in the app, it will take the little pain away when user enters his/her spending. This pain is actually the consequence of money being spent, and we believe it is helpful to control spending behavior.
